Workshop Overview
This workshop integrates MBTI® Step II insights with Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Styles to examine how personality preferences shape responses to conflict. Participants explore practical tools for navigating tension, communication breakdowns, and decision impasses in professional environments, with an emphasis on ethical and effective application.

What You’ll Learn

  • Identify how MBTI® Step II personality patterns shape responses to workplace conflict, including how nuanced preferences influence communication, stress reactions, and decision-making under tension.

  • Apply conflict style frameworks alongside personality insights to better understand competing priorities, escalation patterns, and points of misunderstanding in professional interactions.

  • Explore real-world organizational and team conflict scenarios using multiple assessment lenses, supporting more thoughtful and ethical responses to impasses and breakdowns.

  • Strengthen professional judgment when integrating personality and conflict style data in facilitation, leadership consultation, or complex workplace situations.

Who Should Attend

  • HR professionals, leaders, and managers working with nuanced team or organizational dynamics

  • Project managers, program managers, Scrum leaders, and team leads working with cross-functional teams

  • MBTI® certified practitioners and those pursuing Master Practitioner credit

  • Coaches, consultants, and facilitators supporting teams or individuals

Pre-Work Preparation

  • Prior to the workshop, participants will receive a short email with instructions for completing the MBTI® Step II and TKI assessments so results are ready for discussion during the session.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

  • Registration closes March 19 to allow time for preparation and assessment administration, if needed. Participants requiring a Step II assessment will receive instructions with the assessment link approximately 5–7 days prior to the workshop.

  • Due to limited enrollment, cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future workshop (if available).

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop are nonrefundable.

  • Because assessment reports are generated individually for each participant, the assessment portion of the registration ($95) becomes nonrefundable once the assessment has been generated.
