    This in-person workshop focuses on strengthening communication in the workplace through the lens of personality dynamics.

    Using insights from the MBTI® Step II assessment, participants will explore how differences in communication style, decision-making, and information processing influence everyday workplace interactions.     Pre-Workshop Preparation

    Prior to the workshop, participants will receive instructions for completing the MBTI® Step II Assessment.

    Completion of the assessment in advance is required to fully participate in the applied exercises and discussions during the session. The MBTI Step II assessment cost is included in the registration (a 75.00 value!)

    A certificate of completion documenting attendance will be provided to all participants.

    Overview
    Most difficult workplace conversations do not go wrong because of bad intent, but because expectations, needs, and assumptions are unclear from the start.

    In this one-hour session, participants will explore how emotional reactions, unclear intentions, and unexamined assumptions can shape the opening moments of a conversation. Through guided reflection and practical examples, attendees will learn how to prepare internally, communicate observations with care, and invite understanding in ways that reduce defensiveness while maintaining accountability.

    This session provides practical language and reflective tools that can be applied immediately in leadership, HR, project management, and team settings.

    Facilitated by Julie “Jaye” Williams, LPC-S, MBTI® Master Practitioner, AQme Practitioner, and workplace consultant with 25+ years of experience.
