Leadership, communication, and decision-making get harder — not easier — as complexity increases.
This in-person workshop is designed for professionals who already know the basics and want a more nuanced, applied understanding of how personality dynamics show up in real workplace situations — especially when conversations stall, decisions feel harder than they should, or tension lingers after meetings.
Workshop: Applying Personality Dynamics in Leadership, Communication and Decision-Making
Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026
Time: 9:00am-12:30 pm
Location: 4025 Woodland Park Blvd, Arlington, TX 76013
Fee: $350
Duration: 3.5 Hours
(To support meaningful discussion, enrollment is limited to 10 participants.)
Workshop Overview
An applied, small-group workshop exploring how personality dynamics influence leadership, communication, and decision-making under real-world conditions.
This interactive workshop focuses on application-driven use of mental function pairs through Step II results. Unlike many personality-based trainings, the focus is not on type theory or labels, but on how personality dynamics actually play out in real-time leadership, communication, and decision-making moments. Participants explore how nuanced type patterns show up in leadership, decision-making, communication, and workplace dynamics. The emphasis is on practical application grounded in real-world professional settings rather than theory review.
This workshop is intentionally limited in size to support discussion, reflection, and practical application.
